Linking Childrens Thinking

These greetings cards and elephant have been made by members of the Women's India Trust. In India women do not have the same rights as men. Organised groups like W.I.T. set out to raise the status of women workers. The women are trained in block printing and sewing. As part of the co-operative they sell their products. PLEASE NOTE - The fabric elephant has been made in India and does not adhere to EU toy safety standards. It is ideal as a visual aid but not as a toy for young children.
