WHY use Active Learning??? . . . .
VERY COST EFFECTIVE - If you were to directly purchase a range of resources from a variety of sources, the chances are you will not receive a discount from all, if any, of the suppliers. By fragmenting the total order to individual suppliers, you have "watered down" the total order. With Active Learning purchasing on your behalf (from the same suppliers), we treat your total order as a "bulk purchase" and can apply a discount to that total order.
We would strongly debate that you could put an initiative together in a more cost effective way – and that’s BEFORE we take into account labour costs!
HUGE LABOUR REDUCTION - We WORK to YOUR brief - meaning you (as a team) have a greatly reduced workload - but your brief is still satisfied. This frees your team to prioritise other tasks. Typically, we do the time consuming "digging around" for the appropriate resources required for the initiative. We gather samples, assess and evaluate, select or reject as required and present to your team for discussion, further evaluation and "fine tuning" (if required). Where necessary, your preferred amendments and / or improvements are implemented by Active Learning. When you are ready to go "live" and on your instruction, we then organise the stock, address the supply "hiccups", unpack, sort, collate, label & logo (Council and/or initiative), re-pack and deliver your ("ready-to-go") project to your branch network or a centralised point. All labour intensive tasks – ALL done for you!
